Anthony: We got a wine alive with flavor - the Tocai Friulano, Pinot Grigio, Sauv Blanc, Chardonnay blend - a great expression of Long Island terroir.
Christopher: That’s awesome. Pretty good price-value ratio too, huh?
Anthony: Indeed it is, but not only that - it’s a great pairing wine. This is my go-to versatile white across the board pairings. I had this recently with some roasted pork.
