2019 Blaufrankisch – Mudd West Vineyard

Wine Club Member Exclusive through November 2024

We are always very happy to release a new vintage of our lovely Blaufrankisch. Over the years this variety has proven its affinity with our climate and we love to use it both as a blending grape and as a varietal bottling. Our 2019 version is comprised of 75% Blaufrankisch and 25% Dornfelder. This 2019 Blau has a ruby-red colored rim with purple inflections and a dark opaque core. The aromas and flavors are sexy and full of boysenberry, purple flowers, black plum, black raspberry, blackberry, lavender, violet, tobacco leaf and a resiny savory spice. This is a dry, supple, sexy wine with Burgundian texture and great concentration. And all we did was pick ripe, healthy, beautiful grapes and de-stem them in a bin. The alcohol is moderate (12%), the acid is juicy and balanced; the tannins are present but soft and the wine offers a great deal of pleasure, alluring aromatics and a long delicious finish. All the fruit was hand-picked from the Mudd West Vineyard in Hallockville on the North Fork, de-stemmed, fermented wild/ambiently, crushed by foot and punched down by hand in small one-ton bins. The wine spent ten months in older oak hogsheads and barrels. Our 2019 Blaufrankisch Mudd West Vineyard is a great match with grains, game meats, pork and lamb chops, beef roasts, mushrooms, aged cheeses and veal. While irresistible now this wine will be even better with another 5-7 years more bottle aging, so pick up a few extra bottles to taste along its evolution. First come-first served. 148 cases produced.

2019 Sculpture Garden — The Hamptons, Long Island AVA

This is the eleventh year that our Sculpture Garden is grown and produced as a true red field blend. This beautiful light ruby-red colored wine consists of 91% Merlot, 6% Teroldego and 3% Blaufränkisch. All the varieties were grown together in our Sculpture Garden Vineyard (the oldest on the South Fork, planted in 1982 & 1987), picked together and fermented wild/ambiently together. All the fruit was hand-harvested, de-stemmed (but not crushed), stomped on by foot and punched down by hand. The wine went through a natural malo-lactic fermentation and was raised in older French oak barrels for 24 months. The wine was handled minimally (only racked once) and was bottled on November 17th, 2021. The wine may throw sediment over time and we would recommend decanting after several years in the bottle. The wine is delicious now and has even started to show some secondary aromas but will still improve in the bottle wonderfully for another 4-8 years and drink well for a decade plus. Our 2019 Sculpture Garden smells of red and black fruit and is awash in aromas and fruit flavors of black raspberry, red plum, red cherry and briary boysenberry in addition to some smoke, brown baking spice notes and cedar chest. There is an underlying beautifully inviting tar resin and tobacco leaf quality in this seductive and complex red wine. The wine is dry and retains a medium-body, moderate alcohol and balanced acidity. Our 2019 Sculpture Garden displays ripe fruit coupled with juicy acidity and youthful tension which beautifully expresses our maritime climate with its savory rather than sweet palate and elegance that is alluring. There is always a silky, smooth, supple quality to our Sculpture Garden and the great length is complemented by a textural, aromatic and flavor complexity, whose qualities truly improve with age (really, try this wine a decade out)! When feeling more formal pair this wine with Long Island duck, lamb chops or a prime rib roast and when you're in a more casual mood match with rich meaty pastas, burgers and grilled fatty fish. Just 368 cases produced.

2022 Dorn & Blau – The Hamptons, Long Island AVA

Wine Club Member Exclusive through May

Our Dorn & Blau is a wine we have only made five times before and the last vintage was 2019! When presented with lots of beautiful Blaufrankisch and Dornfelder grapes we love to make this delicious and unique red wine (not to mention the blend is just plain delicious). Over the years these varieties have proven their affinity for each other and for our climate and we love to blend them together. Our 2022 Dorn & Blau is comprised of 67% Dornfelder and 33% Blaufrankisch. We feel the Dornfelder and Blaufrankisch are a great match and together highlight the darker colors, briary, bramble, game meat and spiced fruit character of these two grapes. This 2022 wine has a dark purple-ruby colored rim with purple inflections and a translucent core. The aromas and flavors are full of black raspberry, black plum, blackberry, lavender, violet, and a resiny savory spice. This is a dry, supple, sexy wine with silky texture and great concentration. The alcohol is moderate, the acids juicy and balanced; the tannins are present but soft and the wine offers a great deal of pleasure and a long delicious finish. All the fruit was hand-picked from our Sylvanus Vineyard here in Bridgehampton and the Mudd West vineyard in Hallockville on the North Fork, hence the Long Island AVA. The fruit for this wine was de-stemmed, crushed by foot, fermented wild and punched down by hand and shovel in small one-ton bins. The wine spent about a year in old French oak barrels and hogsheads. Our 2022 Dorn & Blau is a great match with wild game (flying or four-legged), venison, pork roasts, lamb burgers, sausages (especially merguez or chorizo), short ribs, truffle cheeses, hoisin and teriyaki. It would also be delicious with pappardelle and wild boar ragu or any salted, cured porcine product! This wine is still youthful and while quite delicious now, it will also benefit from additional cellaring for another 5-8 years. Enjoy! 168 cases produced. First come first served to the few bottles we have remaining.

2021 Research Cab

Research Cab is a very special wine to which only our Wine Club members have exclusive access since it is made in such small quantities. Born out of a long-standing relationship with a "Research" vineyard on the North Fork we fashion a deliciously expressive red wine out of what is essentially a field blend of many different varieties. Our 2021 vintage is comprised of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot, 9% Saperavi, 5% Blaufrankisch, 3% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot, 1% Sangiovese, 1% Barbera, 1% Malbec and 1% Dornfelder. All the fruit for this wine was harvested by hand, de-stemmed, stomped on by foot and punched down by hand. After an ambient/wild primary fermentation, the wine was racked to all older neutral French oak barrels where it spent a bit over two years maturing. The wine was only moved (racked) once and a mere 168 cases were bottled. Beautiful clarity and a translucent ruby core coupled with inviting aromas of red and black raspberry, black cherry, black plum, dark bramble fruit, spice, purple flowers, earth, resin and wet stone are met with an elegance of texture and a supple, smooth silky palate with enough underlying tannic structure and juicy acidity for the wine to develop and improve in the bottle. This is a young wine and while delicious already, will easily improve in the bottle for the next 8-10 years. Since it is hard to resist now, we recommend splash decanting the wine before you plan on consuming it! Pair this luscious, tasty red with Long Island duck, herb crusted lamb chops, beef and pork roasts or mushroom and grain-based dishes. But there isn't much 2021 Research Cab to go around and it is tasty...after we send our beloved wine club a bottle each, we only have a few cases left. So first come first serve for those precious bottles remaining of our dynamite 2021 Research Cab!

2022 Due Uve

Wine Club Member Exclusive

Stoked to have this wine back as we have not made it since the 2015 vintage! Due Uve is a fun, playful and aromatic wine. Our new 2022 vintage is a supple, graceful, delicious and inviting experience. The 2022 Due Uve (two grapes) is a blend of 62% Syrah and 38% Refosco. The Syrah comes from the Mudd West Vineyard in Hallockville on the North Fork and the Refosco comes from our Home Farm Vineyard here on our farm in Bridgehampton. All the fruit was hand-harvested, de-stemmed into one-ton bins, stomped on by foot, and punched down by hand and shovel. After a wild/ambient primary fermentation the wine was racked to all older neutral barrels, where it spent ten months. Our 2022 Due Uve is a ruby red color with purple inflections and a translucent core. The wine is dry, medium-bodied and juicy, has moderate alcohol and is vibrant and tasty. There are floral, fruit, mineral and spice components to the flavor and aroma profile. Violets, blueberry, black raspberry, blackberry, black cherry, black licorice, wet stone, cocoa, cinnamon and just a touch of black pepper are some of the descriptors that come to mind. This wine possesses lightness and elegance but is robust and deep enough to tackle some exotic flavor experiences. Try with soy and teriyaki flavors as well as more classic preparations of fish, poultry, grain, pork, veal and pasta dishes. Due Uve is very attractive, very approachable and very versatile. This is an uber-delicious wine to enjoy in its vibrant youth and over the next 5-7 years with great satisfaction. Only 208 cases were bottled of the 2022 vintage!

2019 Blaufrankisch – Sylvanus Vineyard The Hamptons, Long Island

We are always very happy to release a new vintage of our lovely Blaufrankisch. Over the years this variety has proven its affinity with our climate and we love to use it both as a blending grape and as a varietal bottling. Our 2019 Sylvanus Vineyard Blaufrankisch is comprised of 75% Blaufrankisch and 25% Dornfelder. We feel the Dornfelder is a great match as a blending grape with its darker color, lower acid, briary, bramble and spice fruit character. This 2019 wine has a ruby-red colored rim with purple inflections and a transparent purple core. The aromas and flavors are full of black raspberries, blackberries, plums, boysenberries, violets, brown spice and black pepper. This is a dry, supple, sexy wine with Burgundian texture and great concentration. The alcohol is moderate (12%), the acids juicy and balanced, the tannins are present but soft, and the wine offers a great deal of pleasure and a long delicious finish. Our 2019 Blaufrankisch Sylvanus Vineyard is a great match with venison, sausages, pork roasts, meatballs, duck, game birds, veal chops, hard mountain and washed-rind cheeses as well as earthy grain and squash-based dishes and mushrooms. This wine would also be a great choice for smoked bluefish and richer fish preparations. Our 2019 Sylvanus Vineyard Blau is still youthful and will age in the bottle easily for at least another five+ years! Irresistible now as well, it will benefit from decanting and large stemware! Enjoy. 208 cases produced. 1 case max per customer.

Over & Over-Variation 15 – Long Island AVA

This is a ridiculously fun, fascinating and delicious red wine! There are people in the world making red wines with a ripasso method and there are people in the world using a solera system of blending for some red wines but we know of no one, other than us, who have put both together to create a distinctive and tasty red wine! It all began with four barriques of 2004 Merlot that was taken out of barrel and re-passed over the fresh 2006 Merlot and Dornfelder fruit. The wine underwent another primary fermentation and was racked to barriques, hogsheads and puncheons where it underwent another malo-lactic fermentation. Half of the wine was taken and bottled after ten months in oak, and this was Variation One. The other half remained in barrel until the next harvest where it was re-passed over the 2007 Merlot, Syrah and Dornfelder fruit. It was all repeated and we bottled half as Variation Two. We did this again in the 2008 harvest and bottled Variation Three. This happened "Over and Over" again in 2009 for Variation Four and again in the beautiful, warm, dry 2010 vintage for Variation Five. Took a year off and the wine spent the time in barrel during the 2011 vintage, then we re-passed the lot again over the 2012 vintage for Variation Six and again in 2013 for Variation Seven and again in 2014 for Variation Eight and again in 2015 for Variation Nine and again in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 for Variation Ten, Eleven, Twelve, Thirteen and Fourteen and yet again in 2021 for this Variation Fifteen!!! This wine has undergone sixteen primary and sixteen malo-lactic fermentations and has in it memories of the 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 harvests. We WILL continue to do this over & over.

Variation Fifteen is bright with dark fruit and there is a purity of red and black berry expression coupled with an integrated oak component this year that is remarkably sexy and alluring. Violets, black raspberries, black pepper, black cherries, black plums, resin, prunes and brown baking spices are the primary descriptors that come to mind in this well-balanced, dry, medium-bodied and seamless red wine. This is a pure and polished variation of this wine with a silken mouthfeel. Yes, it does keep getting better with each new Variation. Delicious, long complex flavors and textures fill one's mouth and mind. The finish is persistent and shows great complexity and intermingling of both the mature secondary characteristics and its youthful attributes. This is a wine that reflects the old and the new, the North and the South, the warm and the cool and provides us with something entirely different to think about and experience. Drink this musical, lyrical wine with all manner of game birds, fatty fish, pork, veal, lamb, grains, mushrooms and root vegetables now and over the next decade plus. 228 cases produced. 12 bottle max per customer.

2021 Lagrein – Home Farm Vineyard, The Hamptons AVA

Long Island Lagrein...delicious, singular, expressive and downright super-cool! This is the ninth vintage bottled of our Lagrein as a red wine and we are thrilled we have enough of this 2021 vintage to send to our awesome wine club. Lagrein is a bit of an off-the-beaten-track variety for the East End as we were the first winery growing and making wine out here from this great black grape variety that hails originally from the Alto Adige in Northeast Italy. Our 2022 version has a deep purple, almost opaque color with clean, super youthful, sexy aromas and flavors of blue and black fruit like blueberries and black raspberries; along with black pepper and graphite, purple flowers (iris and violets), cocoa, stone, mineral and an alluring exotic resin note. This is seriously distinctive stuff. It is a satisfyingly rich, deep red wine with an uplifting elegance and lightness of being likely due to the juicy acidity and the wine's medium-body and moderate alcohol. As always, this vintage of Lagrein saw the grapes hand-harvested, de-stemmed, crushed by foot, punched down by hand and fermented ambiently...old-school! This wine then spent ten months in older neutral French oak barrels. It stayed in barrel without movement until we racked and bottled the wine. Only 148 cases of this divine Lagrein were bottled so don't sit around if you want to take possession of your allocation! This is super tasty now but is very young and tightly wound and will develop well in the bottle for at least 5-6 years and will drink beautifully for at least a decade more. Pair this dynamic red wine with rich, savory fish dishes like monkfish wrapped with pancetta or swordfish with an olive tapenade or tuna atop seared foie gras as well as stews and braises, grain and rice dishes, especially with mushrooms and roasted meats. This would also be fantastic with cured items like speck and lardo either on a charcuterie board or even atop some crispy flatbread or pizza. 3 bottle max per customer. First come, first served…

2019 Petit Verdot — Mudd West Vineyard, North Fork of Long Island AVA

The new vintage of Petit Verdot is absolutely delicious! We now know and are convinced of the great potential of Petit Verdot as a stand-alone grape here on the East End of Long Island. We have made Petit Verdot into a delicious red wine in the 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and now 2019 vintages and there is no doubt it is a star in our cellar. Petit Verdot is a black grape variety most often found in the red blends of the Medoc region of Bordeaux. Planted in small quantities around the world it is a small-berried, thick skinned variety. Our 2019 version is comprised of 100% Petit Verdot all from the Mudd West Vineyard on the North Fork, so it really showcases the grape and place. The 2019 Petit Verdot is a dark, dry, spicy purple/red wine full of black and blue fruit character. The wine is rich and delicious, very aromatic and almost too easy to drink. Purple flowers, minerals, blueberries, black currants, wet stone, wild blackberries, and exotic spice are all there along with a touch of licorice or anise. So too is depth, purity and sex appeal. The wine is long, enticing, concentrated, textural, complex...simply delicious! There is balance of fruit character, moderate alcohol, juicy acidity, ripe, grippy tannins and integrated oak. As with all our red wines this wine was made from hand-harvested fruit that was de-stemmed, fermented wild, stomped on by foot and punched down by hand. The wine was raised in all older/neutral oak barrels for 21 months. This wine will match fantastically with prime rib, roast lamb and pork, grilled steaks, smoked bluefish, mushrooms, duck confit, squab and grain dishes. Our 2019 Petit Verdot is really a baby and while approachable and delectable now the wine will continue to improve in the bottle for more than a decade. We only made 388 cases, so don't wait on securing some. It may not last that long! 12 bottle max per customer (and put at least three to six of those bottles away for a long time!)

Rosso Fresco is a playful, full-flavored, fun, friendly red wine that pairs well with pastas and just about any fish, fowl or four-legged food you serve with it. The 2020 Rosso Fresco has a Long Island AVA and is made from hand-harvested grapes from both the North and the South Forks. All the grapes were de-stemmed, crushed by foot and punched down by hand. Our 2020 Rosso Fresco was fermented wild/ambiently, was not fined, and was filtered once. The wine spent eight months in stainless steel tanks and older oak barrels before bottling. Our 2020 Rosso Fresco is a very versatile red wine and will bring you year-round pleasure. The wine was handled minimally, as always. Enjoy our 2020 Rosso Fresco at cellar temperature over the next two to five years. Or put a slight chill on it if its hot out! Irresistible, this is a crushable, crunchy, delicious red wine! We bottled 988 cases of this fragrant and amazingly yummy wine. Stock up!

We made super small lots of pure Syrah in the 2015, 2017 and 2019 vintages...and because it was fun and delicious, we decided to do it again! So here is our 2020 Syrah from the Mudd West Vineyard. This wine is 100% Syrah fruit, as always hand-harvested grapes, stomped on by foot and punched down by hand and shovel. Fermented wild and bottled on September 1st, 2021 after ten months in older oak barrels. This is a blue-fruited, blackberry, bacon and lilac-driven wine with a great savory quality and wonderful length. Our 2020 Syrah is medium-bodied and has a beautiful purple colored rim with an opaque core. Bright, juicy acidity and moderate alcohol carry the flavors and aroma on and on. This wine will be awesome with roast chicken, steaks and chops, mushrooms and grains and anything from the Pig! HEART | 2020 Red Table Wine

At the end of May 2020 amidst quarantine we had an idea and acted quickly to bring it to life. We created HEART/Artists Series 2019 White Wine to celebrate our Winery, our Community and our Earth. We wanted to create something special in the bottle and send Love and Heart out into our world. We wanted to make a new Channing Daughters wine, taking advantage of the wonderful raw materials we had in the cellar. A wine that over-delivered Deliciousness and Joy and celebrates our Winery and our Community!

After blending the first wine, we began brainstorming about the name and label and all that seemed appropriate was "Heart". The idea, the word, the image, the love, the organ, the metaphor, the abstraction. We imagined a series of labels inspired by Heart and Channing Daughters Winery. We wanted 12 different labels of Love and Heart to adorn the wine and fill the case. We wanted local artists, deeply connected to us and the winery. So, we asked a dozen stellar humans/local artists to create special artwork for this wine inspired by "Heart". We couldn't be more thrilled with what they all created and with the Joy and Beauty engendered by this collaboration with our community and friends.

The wine was received wonderfully and left us wanting to do this one more time as we always want to send more Heart out into the world. But this time we created a wine from the fruit of the 2020 vintage that we grew and harvested during our shutdown. We wanted it to be equally special and of course different so this time it is a dynamic, delicious red wine. And we were lucky enough to collaborate with a whole new crew of incredible Artists/Humans who are connected to our community and winery. Once again this has been an incredible journey to deliciousness and we are so excited to share our new 2020 Heart / Artists series Red wine with you. We hope it brings the same joy and deliciousness and love and heart into your world and your home. ❤

Our 2020 Heart / Artist series Red wine is a symphonic red blend that combines the best of five grape varieties. This is made from 48% Merlot, 22% Dornfelder, 11% Refosco, 10% Syrah and 9% Petit Verdot. You can imagine the wine as a dynamic red blend bolstered by aromatic bursts of exotic red-fruited Refosco, fleshed out by briary dark Dornfelder berries, with added verve, freshness and geometry provided by the Petit Verdot and Syrah all balanced together by plump, satisfying, enveloping ripe Merlot. This is a complex and unique red wine full of deliciousness and life. The texture is plump and beguiling with cleansing acidity, moderate alcohol and a long finish. The aromas and flavors are ripe, deep, savory, pleasure-filled and range in fruit character from red to blue to black fruit and berries. The texture is silken, giving and it can be hard to put the glass down. There is a generosity coupled with raciness in this dry red wine that is quite satisfying and keeps one coming back for more.

All the fruit was hand-harvested, de-stemmed and fermented ambiently/wild in small bins. Punched down by hand and shovel until fermentation was complete then raised in stainless steel and older/neutral oak barrels for eight months before bottling on May 21st, 2021.

Our 2020 Heart / Artists series Red wine is as comfortable at a summer picnic luncheon as it is in the winter on a white tablecloth with fancy glassware. Super versatile with foods, people and places this wine will pair beautifully with the astounding bounty of our farms, fields, bays and ocean that offer up a plethora of vegetables, meats, poultry, fish, shellfish, cheeses, fruits and more. Simply prepared summer and autumn veggies. Striped Bass, smoked bluefish, black sea bass, blackfish, scallops, baked clams, pastas, poultry, pork, beef and veal preps are all going to work. In fact this wine pairs wonderfully with anything anyone makes with "Heart"! Our 2020 Heart red wine will easily match with foods that range from lightly poached or sautéed all the way through grilled and braised, so have fun and experiment with this one, you will love the possibilities it presents.

We produced 618 cases of this wine and we encourage you all to buy it by the case. We labeled the wine so it would allow us to have all 12 different artists' work in each limited-edition box. Get a case and get them all!*

We are eternally grateful for the participation and contribution of the wonderful artists involved in this project:

* Please note: Purchasing a case gets you each artist's label (we encourage purchasing the case). Purchases under 12 bottles will be fulfilled randomly. We cannot guarantee specific label requests, however we will do our best to fulfill.

2018 Dornfelder

Here is a small production wine made from a single varietal that we have released only three times before. Let us introduce you to this delicious bottling of our 2018 Dornfelder. Dornfelder is a black grape variety originating from a German crossing of two vinifera grapes called Helfensteiner and Heroldrebe. Dornfelder has great pigmentation, is juicy and aromatic. We have blended in a bit of Pinot Noir (2%) and Zweigelt (3%) for elegance, acid balance, as well as flavor and aromatic complexity. This wine was raised in older oak barrels for eight months and bottled on June 4th, 2019. All the fruit was hand-harvested, de-stemmed, crushed by foot, punched down by hand and fermented with wild/ambient yeast. This wine possesses savory cranberry and red raspberry fruit, some brambly character and strawberry notes reminiscent of cru Beaujolais or old-world pinot noir. Our 2018 Dornfelder is super youthful and will benefit from decanting (if drinking now) or better yet another 4-5 years of time in the bottle that will allow for the tannins and acid to mellow and silken. This wine has crisp, juicy acidity so match with rich, fatty fish dishes, braised meat dishes, roast pork and wild boar pappardelle in addition to smoked bluefish, wild salmon, lobster thermidor and surf and turf! 188 cases produced. 2 bottle max per customer.

2017 MUDD – Long Island, AVA

The last time we made MUDD was 2008, so we are excited to bring back this gem of a wine! We believe the MUDD we are sending you is a scrumptious reflection of the delicious 2017 vintage. Not only is our 2017 MUDD delicious now...it is just a baby, and will improve in the bottle for at least six to eight years and drink well for a solid dozen! Our 2017 MUDD is composed of 37% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, 22% Petit Verdot, 10% Syrah, 2% Teroldego, 1% Blaufranksich. All the fruit was hand harvested and de-stemmed into small one-ton bins where it was stomped on by foot and punched down by hand. After primary (wild/ambient) fermentation the wine was racked to a variety of barrels, hogsheads and puncheons where it spent eighteen months before being bottled on June 8th 2019. Our 2017 MUDD is dry, medium-bodied, has moderate alcohol, wonderful aromas, balanced acidity, soft, ripe tannins and wonderfully persistent length. The wine is complex and displays finesse and elegance in its captivating texture and expression of fruit and wood. There are aromas and flavors of black plums, raspberries, cherries, brown spice, forest floor, black raspberries, black peppercorns and cocoa. Pair this graceful, satisfying red wine with a pork roast, a juicy rib-eye or a succulent rack of lamb. In addition, a mushroom risotto, braised pancetta wrapped monkfish or a cozy fire and a hunk of aged alpine cheese would do the trick quite nicely. This wine celebrates our growing partnership with Steve Mudd and the Mudd family as well as the dirt in which we grow our wine. The label is actually a drawing of our soil with the various contents noted at different depths. It's pretty cool, check it out! Cheers. Only 208 cases were bottled. 3 bottle max per customer.

2012 Refosco - Home Farm Vineyard

What can we say…Long Island Refosco has arrived! Since 2009 we have fashioned a beautiful rosato from our Refosco grapes, but in 2012 a section of the vineyard produced grapes that seemed to yearn to be made into red wine. It wasn’t a lot. Just enough to fill up two old hogsheads. But we did it and we are quite excited, and now you can taste the results. Refosco is a black grape variety native to Friuli-Venezia Giulia. We are the only winery on the East End growing and producing this variety. Our version smells and tastes of red and black stone fruits, dark berries, minerals, spice and flowers. As usual all the fruit was hand-picked, stomped on by foot, fermented in small one ton bins, punched down by hand and raised in older oak for thirteen months. The 2012 Refosco was bottled without fining or filtration on November 22nd, 2013. This is a tasty, juicy, exciting, invigorating red wine. Enjoy with roasts, braises, all things porcine, mushrooms, grains, duck and richly sauced fatty fish dishes. Only 58 cases were produced so do not wait…it will not last.
