Our 2023 Sylvanus Pet-Nat is a field blend...a sparkling Vin de Terroir (all grapes grown and harvested together). Straw-colored, inviting aromas and flavors of white flowers, honeysuckle, tree fruit, musk melon, minerals and salty sea air. A hint of sweetness balances the refreshing acidity and keeps you coming back for more sips of this super satisfying white sparkling wine.
