Our Bianco Pet-Nat Cuvée Tropical edition is a white blend that is bottled at the end of its wild fermentation before it is complete, trapping the carbon dioxide in the bottle resulting in a lightly sparkling or Pétillant wine. Straw yellow-colored with an extra punch of inviting aromas and flavors from the skin-fermented Muscat, this delicious sparkler leans towards tropical fruits, white flowers, melon, pineapple, tree fruits, stone fruits, yeasty bread, and salty minerals. A slight hint of sweetness balances the refreshing acidity and keeps you coming back for more sips of this super satisfying aromatic white sparkling wine. You can pair this one with just about anything from morning to noon, or tonight! 10% alcohol 120 cases produced.
We suggest standing bottle upright and chilling for 30 minutes prior to serving to avoid bubbling over.
